My Laser Doctor is the service-triage text line of Aesthetic Service Management, LLC. Clinic staff text a device fault or error code to 1-888-826-3007 to start a service request.
How you opt in
- Text 1-888-826-3007 to start a support request. By texting us, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Aesthetic Service Management, LLC (My Laser Doctor).
- Or check the SMS consent box when your clinic enrolls in service. The consent reads: "I agree to receive service-related text messages from Aesthetic Service Management, LLC (My Laser Doctor) at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We never buy, rent, or import phone numbers.
What you'll receive
Transactional service messages only: troubleshooting guidance, service-ticket status, and technician dispatch or appointment updates. No marketing or promotional texts.
Example: "[My Laser Doctor] Error 230 means the treatment head isn't fully connected. Reseat the handpiece until it clicks. Still showing? Reply and we'll dispatch a technician. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
